We use all information obtained during our visit to your property to provide a comprehensive quote. Once you accept the quote, we will arrange a start date for your rewire.
Ahead of a rewire commencing we will provide you with our Rewire Guide. This has all the relevant information in order to prepare your property for the work we will be carrying out.
Upon arrival we will confirm with you the positions of all electrical accessories and prepare the property for rewiring works to commence.
At the end of the rewire we carry out testing & inspection on your new electrical installation to ensure it complies with standards set in the 18th edition of the wiring regulations.
We will conduct a final walk round with you to demonstrate all electrical accessories are functioning and the property is in satisfactory condition.
Once the customer has approved the works carried out and payment for the rewire has been received we will provide a test certificate.
